Stig Ørskov is the CEO of JP/Politiken Media Group, the leading news publishing company in Denmark with the three national titles: Ekstra Bladet, Jyllands-Posten and Politiken – of which Stig Ørskov was formerly deputy editor-in-chief. In addition, JP/Politiken Media Group runs a group of BTB-titles in Northern Europe, book publishing houses in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, owns the leading e-commerce bookstore in Denmark, Saxo and controls Denmark’s leading home distribution company, DAO.

Stig Ørskov is also the vice-president of World Association of News Publishers and sits on the boards of The Confederation of Danish Employers and the Danish Chamber of Commerce.
